Its almost impossible to find a good picture of corned beef hash with egg ( as requested by a friend). There is something about this manly breakfast that somehow is not too appealing on the plate, Yeah the red dark colour is somehow always hide beneath the vibrant yellow sunny side up. But the taste and texture surely is a perfect greasy spoon for morning breggfirst. I can imagine right now Schwartz deli in Montreal would be phenomenal!This post idea then is dedicated to the brother who wants a manly meal and the sister who wants egg bennie.Trying to be fair for both or rather to satisfy my visual lust, I present you the egg bennie with corned beef hash!The only way to eat this is fat all the way, no lean meat please! Just out of curiousity, do you know why its called corned beef?

Good morning from Indonesia: this dish is called nasi goreng a.k.a fried rice.Typically served with suny side up egg, shrimp crackers, chili sauce and pickled cucumber ( sweet and sour). It is definetely full carbohydrate. In indonesia we are used to full carbohydrate breakfast like rice and noodle. Often protein is a rare thing especially for lower income because carbohydrate is cheaper and give you loads of energy for labour work. Nevertheless, every province has its own style and flare. I thought i share with you breggfirst from my home country!

Savoury or Sweet Breggfirst?? Doesnt matter, the Kartoffelpuffer can satisfy both your sweet and salty cravings.This is such a European breakfast, except that it could be magically dressed anyway you want. I am listening to the Apple sauce dancing, and sour cream melting on top of its crispy skin as we speak.

I love quiche texture. Its like when you have a lazy morning and not ready for breakfast, you dont have to chew, it melts in your mouth. But i also love the particular rustic taste and feel of roasted vegetable to it. On a splendid day i would put extra melted cheese on top and sprinkle some hot tabasco:hmmmm how do you like your quiche?
Bored with English Muffin or toast , what about something exotic and tropical like avocados, some heat, some good hearty sausage and egg, Maybe burritos?
